Smart working: a research in the ICT sector. Introduction

Abstract

The author presents the research that took place in a sector where the remote working was used and experimented since the early 2000s; explains the sample methodology and the typology of workers who made the research possible. The author also questions the extent of the challenge facing the trade unions in the near future.
