Abstract

Disciplining the “digital unknown” through the translation of the forms, methods and institutes of the “known analogue” can lead to significant inconsistencies and asymmetries and produce perverse effects.

For this reason, this essay proposes to verify the possibility of experimenting regulatory sandboxes also in the field of labor legislation, according to what is already foreseen for some areas particularly interested in digital innovation.
