This roundtable brings together representatives from CGIL, CISL, and UIL to address the main challenges posed by artificial intelligence in the world of work. Structured around four guiding questions, the discussion explores risks and opportunities for workers, trade union tools and strategies, the interaction between regulatory levels (company, national, EU), and the relationship between collective bargaining and legislative intervention. The aim is to offer both a critical and operational reflection on the union’s role in shaping technological innovation, rather than merely reacting to it.
