Del control a la movilización. Las luchas de los repartidores y los porteadores de logística en Italia

Resumen

Tras años de decadencia del activismo laboral, recientemente han surgido formas militantes de movilización de los trabajadores en la plataforma italiana de la economía y el sector de la logística, exhibiendo novedosas formas de organización y repertorios de acción. En el presente documento se investigan dos casos que están en curso desde 2011, a saber, las movilizaciones de los porteadores de logística y los mensajeros de entrega de alimentos. Ambos casos parecen desconcertantes, ya que los trabajadores se han movilizado en circunstancias normalmente asociadas a la no movilización, es decir, un lugar de trabajo caracterizado por la innovación tecnológica y por la ausencia o ineficacia de los sindicatos tradicionales. ¿Por qué y cómo se han producido esas movilizaciones? Sostenemos que estos trabajadores superaron con éxito esas circunstancias confiando en los recursos y oportunidades relacionados con su lugar de trabajo y ajenos a él, que han podido crear y desarrollar a lo largo de varios años. Recopilamos datos a partir de entrevistas semiestructuradas con trabajadores, representantes sindicales, abogados, directivos y participamos en reuniones políticas, huelgas y actos de protesta en cuatro ciudades italianas entre 2018 y 2019.
