El proceso de selección y su automación en Italia

Resumen

El proceso de selección de personal entre empresarios privados ha cambiado considerablemente en los ultimos treinta años; especialmente las empresas mas grandes han utilizado por mucho tiempo herramientas tecnológicas caraterizadas por diversos niveles de complexidad. Desde hace algunos años, algunas etapas del proceso de selección son gestionadas automaticamente, a través aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial. Este proceso se puede ver cómo una secuencia ordenada de fases con las que el empresario obtiene información sobre los aspirantes y decide a quien admitir a las etapas siguientes, reduciendo progresivamente el ámbito de potenciales futuros empleados, hasta la decisión final. Despues de clasificadas las muchisimas diversas aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial utilizadas en este ámbito, serà posible dar razón mas precisamente de la condición del mercado italiano y internaciónal por el software utilizados en la selección automática de personal. Por consiguiente, se podrá dar razón de los numerosos problemas legales que se encuentran con esta herramienta: en particular, parecen fundamentadas las preocupaciones con respecto al derecho a la protección de datos personales, al derecho a no ser discriminados y, mas generalmente, al derecho al trabajo
