Un’analisi di genere delle condizioni di lavoro e del diritto della protezione sociale nel lavoro su piattaforma digitale

Abstract

Questo articolo esplora la complessa interazione tra le leggi di protezione sociale e le differenze di genere nel lavoro su piattaforma digitale. Concentrandosi sulle condizioni economiche del lavoro, si analizza l'impatto delle leggi di protezione sociale sulle dinamiche di genere nel settore dell'economia digitale. Sulla base di prove empiriche e analisi giuridiche, viene esaminato come il sistema della protezione sociale si intrecci con le esperienze e le vulnerabilità di genere nel lavoro su piattaforma digitale. Con uno sguardo sensibile al genere, l'articolo si interroga sulle implicazioni delle leggi di protezione sociale su questioni quali la sicurezza del reddito, l'accesso ai benefici e ai diritti per le donne e le minoranze. É inoltre esaminato l'impatto della legislazione di protezione sociale sulle disparità di genere già esistenti negli ambienti di lavoro digitali. Facendo luce su questi aspetti, il presente lavoro si propone di contribuire in modo significativo alle discussioni politiche e agli interventi legali, promuovendo l'equità di genere e l'inclusione sociale nell'economia digitale delle piattaforme.
