Author Guidelines

Manuscript submission

Authors willing to publish their works in Labour & Law Issues should:

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation must be provided to the Editors).

Publication rules

Essays: maximum 100.000 characters, spaces and footnotes included.

Papers in "La.Bo.U.R. reports": maximum 40.000 characters, spaces and footnotes included.

 

Abstract

Up to 2.000 characters (spaces included), in the language of the contribute and, in any case, in Italian, English, and Spanish.

 

Keywords

Maximum 5 keywords in both languages of abstracts.

 

Organization and editing of the text:

The articles are compiled with a summary. Every paragraph has a title in bold type.

The essays are followed by a reference list.

Dimension of the character: 10
First line indent: 1,25
Single spaced.

 

Citation standards

The journal adopts the OSCOLA standard (https://www.law.ox.ac.uk/oscola), see the following examples:

Monographsmust be quoted with the initial letter of the name and the last name of the author, the title of the work (in cursive), publishing house and date of publication.

Ex.:

Essays

This section is opened to contributions on the monographic theme of the issue.

Ideas

This section is opened to free contributions, with a privileged attention to employment relationships and industrial relations in the context of juridical and social sciences.

Comparative & International Overview

This section contains analysis and comments from European and international regulations, comparative studies and international reports. The analysis take place on topical issues in a dialectical way.

Reports & Comments

This section illustrates the themes and the results of researches connected to the thematic of the journal in a dialectical and open way. This section also contains comments, replies, reviews, conference proceedings.
