Resumen

El artículo analiza las modalidades de acceso a la justicia para los trabajadores de la industria de la floricultura keniata. A través de un estudio de caso - que incluye entrevistas con catorce expertos en la materia - algunas instituciones se consideraron relevantes para permitir el acceso a la justicia: el Instituto Nacional de Derechos Humanos, las oficinas de trabajo del Ministerio de Trabajo y Protección Social y los Tribunales. Teniendo en cuenta que algunas limitaciones son producto de la posición de Kenia en la economía política internacional, el objetivo de este artículo es ahondar en los obstáculos concretos a la protección judicial y explicar cómo los intereses de las élites políticas y económicas corren el riesgo de reducir la adecuación de los remedios.
