Trabajar en el metaverso: un espacio indefinido de lo posible

Esta contribución se centra en la evolución de los marcos mentales y las innovaciones tecnocientíficas que conducen a las denominadas tecnologías inmersivas (RA y RV), que constituyen el núcleo dinámico del metaverso. Este último se concibe como un "espacio de lo posible" para el mundo del trabajo, pero al mismo tiempo se ilustran límites sustanciales como los riesgos de combinar las tecnologías inmersivas y las nuevas tecnologías omnipresentes de seguimiento y control. De ahí la necesidad de introducir una regulación eficaz.
