Labour & Law Issues is scientific journal that aims to provide a critical reflection forum dedicated to exploring the values, rules, and defining concepts of labour law in the age of technological transformation. The digitalisation of production processes, artificial intelligence, digital platforms, robotics and the virtualisation of the workplace are fundamentally altering the nature, content and organisation of work. Against this backdrop, LLI promotes studies and research examining specific phenomena and reflecting on the discipline's fundamental categories, with a view to understanding its evolution and critically assessing its capacity to interpret and manage change.

Adopting a comparative and interdisciplinary approach open to international dialogue, Labour & Law Issues welcomes contributions from the fields of law, sociology, economics, politics, and technology. The journal believes that emerging issues are too complex to be understood using just one analytical tool or perspective. It thus aims to contribute to the ongoing rethinking of the cultural and value-based frameworks that guide the regulation of work in contemporary societies.

LLI is classified as Class A by ANVUR for scientific sectors in Area 12 (Legal Sciences).
